  • Local video recording, playback and local technique comparison do not require consent to cloud AI processing.
  • Cloud analysis uploads relevant media with your consent and uses the corresponding quota.
  • Ball-machine training requires compatible hardware. Watch features require an Apple Watch and supported software.

Restore and manage purchases

  • Already purchased through the App Store? Sign in to your original Duolian account and restore purchases in the app.
  • Manage or cancel automatic renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings.
  • Deleting your Duolian account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

Intelligent analysis and rally segmentation use analysis time. Cloud-based 3D Body comparisons use comparison credits. Check both balances in the app’s membership and usage screens.

Are website and App Store prices identical?

Prices, currencies and offers may differ by channel and region. Use the Apple purchase confirmation for iOS purchases and the actual checkout for website orders.

Am I eligible for a trial?

Where do I cancel or request a refund?
